Version v1Current version
In force from August 25, 2026
Electronic records and signatures consent
Please read this before you sign. By continuing, you agree to receive this agreement and the related records electronically, and to sign it with an electronic signature.
Your right to receive a paper record
You have the right to receive a paper copy of this agreement and of the signed record instead of, or in addition to, the electronic copy. There is no fee for a paper copy.
Your right to withdraw consent
You may stop using electronic records for this agreement at any time. It costs nothing and no penalty is applied. What it does depends on when you do it.
If you stop before you sign, the signing session ends and no electronic signature is recorded for you. The agreement is not signed electronically, and the company that sent you this link is told that you stopped using electronic records. Stopping does not ask them for a paper copy. That is a separate request, and how to make it is described below.
If you stop after you sign, the signature you already gave still stands, because a signature cannot be taken back after the fact. The company that sent you this link is told that you no longer want to use electronic records, and you can ask them to send you a paper copy of what you signed.
Stopping the use of electronic records is not the same as refusing the agreement itself. Refusing ends the signing session and tells the company that sent you this link that you will not be signing it. It is offered separately on the signing screen.
What this consent covers
This consent covers this transaction only. It applies to this agreement and the records that go with it. It is not a standing consent for future agreements, and you will be asked again next time.
How to withdraw consent or update your contact details
While you are signing, the buttons for both of the rights described here are at the end of this notice. You open the notice from the menu at the top of the signing screen. Read to the end and select the button for stopping the use of electronic records. You are asked to confirm before anything is recorded.
After you sign, the signing session is over and there is no longer a button for this. Contact the company that sent you this link and tell them you want to stop using electronic records. It still costs nothing and no penalty is applied.
To correct or update the email address or phone number shown for you, stop using electronic records and contact the company that sent you this link, so they can send you a new signing link with the corrected details.
How to obtain a paper copy
While you are signing, the button for asking for a paper copy in the mail is at the end of this notice, beside the one described above. Your request is passed to the company that sent you this link, who will mail the paper copy to you. There is no fee for this.
After you sign, the signing session is over and there is no longer a button for this. Contact the company that sent you this link and ask them for a paper copy. There is no fee for this either.
Asking for a paper copy in the mail is not the same as saving or printing your own copy. The signing screen lets you do that yourself, straight away, whenever the agreement is available to download.
Hardware and software you need
To read, sign, and keep these records electronically you need: a current version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled; a connection to the internet; a device with a screen large enough to read the agreement; software that can open and display PDF files; and the ability to print or save a PDF file if you want to keep your own copy. If you want a copy sent to you by email, you also need a working email address and an email program that can receive attachments.
Notice of changes to these requirements
If the hardware or software you need changes in a way that creates a real risk that you can no longer read or keep your records, you will be told about the change and given the chance to stop using electronic records at no cost and with no penalty.
